We stand behind every product we make. If anything goes wrong with your product due to craftsmanship, we will be happy to fix or replace it for free.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
- Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date. If there is a price difference you will be contacted for your payment information
- All returns packages should be insured. There will be no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier
- We do not reimburse shipping costs
- Your account will be refunded within 3–10 days of receipt of your item
- Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange

- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number a picture of the item and a description of your claim
- We will respond by email with further instructions
- Catellier Made is not responsible for return shipping charges
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO GO THROUGH?
We will process your return as soon as we receive it, please allow 3–10 days for your bank account to update.
